All products are handmade and shipped out personally by me.

  • Standard US Shipping - 3-7 Business Days

  • International Shipping - 7-21 Business Days

An email will be sent to you when your item has been shipped out. If an item is delayed, you will be sent an email stating so and the updated arrival of your product. Items may take longer to be delivered due to Covid-19.

All products are provided through Stream Elements. They will send you an email confirmation and shipping updates after the purchase has been made. If an item is delayed, you will be sent an email stating so and the updated arrival of your product. Items may take longer to be delivered due to Covid-19 which is also stated in their terms and on their website. 

If an item is damaged, does not arrive, or is the incorrect item, please contact Stream Elements with the information provided in your confirmation email. 

Returns & Exchanges

My Shop

No returns or refunds. Exchanges can be done if the items come damaged in transit. If items are damaged, please email/contact me at delightfullyde@outlook.com.
